Maisy Scheuneman

Intern

Maisy Scheuneman (she/her) is a junior at St. Olaf College pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education. She sings Soprano II in the St. Olaf Choir and serves as Vice President of Hill Harmonics, an SATB a cappella group on campus. Originally from Burnsville, Minnesota, Maisy grew up passionate about theater, orchestra, and choir, earning the Fred Waring Director’s Award for her achievements in chorus.

Passionate about working with youth, Maisy has spent the past five summers in leadership roles at YMCA Day Camp Streefland, most recently serving as a Youth Advocate. After graduation, she plans to become a public school music teacher, inspiring students of all abilities and sharing the joy of music with everyone she meets. She is thrilled to work with the talented voices of Northfield and looks forward to the great music they will create together. Outside of choir and music, Maisy loves mountain biking, thrifting, and spending time outdoors with the people she loves most!
