Used Uniform Exchange Is Aug. 14

Got an outgrown or unneeded NYC uniform? Need a new one? NYC’s uniform exhange is Tues., Aug. 14, from 4 to 7 pm at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Northfield.

To donate or sell your uniform:

  1. Put your clean uniform on a hanger. This includes all current uniform items: polos (old logos OK), oxfords, skirts, even black pants and shoes in good condition. Put shoes in a plastic bag, please.
  2. If you are donating the uniform, simply pin a note to it that indicates it’s a donation.
  3. If you are selling the uniform, pin a self-addressed envelope to it and include the price you would like for your item on the envelope. You will be paid directly by the person purchasing your uniform. If your item does not sell, let us know if you would like it back.
  4. Drop the uniform off at our office (205 S. Water St.) by August 14th (Leave it outside the office door if no one is in.) or you may bring it to St. Johns Church no earlier than 3:45 pm on August 14th.

To purchase a gently used NYC uniform:
Come to St. John’s Lutheran Church on August 14th, anytime between 4 and 7 pm. If you haven’t registered your singer for the 07-08 season, you can that at the same time!
