Northfield Youth Choirs

After School Program
For grades 1-4
3:30 to 4:15 p.m.
Singers in grades 1-4 have the option of participating in our after school program at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Northfield. Bus transportation is available from Bridgewater, Greenvale Park, and Sibley elementary schools. While Sibley and Greenvale singers wait for their Bridgewater buddies to arrive, they have the opportunity for supervised outdoor play, indoor homework time, or a musical/creative activity. A snack is served when the Bridgewater students arrive. Regular rehearsal for Poco a Poco and Junior Singers is from 4:15 to 5:15. NYC’s after school program is supported in part by a grant from WINGS (Women in Northfield Giving Support).
Costs:
Bus transportation: $35/year
Snack donation: $15/year

Encore! Music Camp
The Northfield Youth Choirs’ Encore music camps bring young people together for an engaging week of music making, friendship and fun. NYC’s motto–Find Your Voice!–supports the staff’s belief that musical ability is something that all children possess.
